We have a lovely relaxing yoga practice on Thursday from 7.00 to 8.00pm at The Sussex Shala, Polegate

Emma will take you through step by step with this gentle yoga practice, all abilities are welcome, this is time for you!

If it's cold outside we will get a nice snug fire going to keep us warm! feel free to bring a blanket too
