Whittfit and WOLO Ice-bath challenge

Whitt-fit are partnering with WOLO in an Ice-bath challenge, Our Ice Bath Challenge is a great ice breaker if you are looking to step outside of your comfort zone.

If you have always wanted to give it go, but have always needed some confidence to take the plunge, then why not take on this challenge with the guidance of Marcos Javis from WOLO foundation, who is a certified Wim Hof instructor! You will spend time understanding the health benefits of being in the ice, Marcos will also take you through breathing techniques to help you approach the ice with confidence and calm, you too can feel n-ice in the Ice!!

WOLO and Whittfit will be holding 2 sessions on Saturday 9th November 12 til til 2pm, and 2 til 4pm

Wolo stands for ‘We Only Live Once,’ and we help improve the quality of life of families in Sussex on their cancer journeys. The bespoke support we offer includes practical help, emotional support, wellness opportunities and family experiences. We work closely with local businesses and communities to offer all family members a wealth of services to support them through their diagnosis, treatment and beyond.
